Our Visa Recommendation service includes:
- Issuance of recommendation letters to support visa applications for business-related travel.
- Certification of visa applications as required by certain embassies and countries.
- Assistance for both member and non-member firms in expediting their visa documentation.
Documents Required
To obtain a Visa Recommendation Letter from ASACTCI’s, the following documents must be submitted:
Request Letter
- Addressed to ASACTCI’s on the organization’s original letterhead.
- Must follow the format provided by the ASACTCI’s Visa Recommendation Department.
- Signed by a senior officer of the firm (not the visa applicant).
Photocopy of Passport
The passport of the person applying for the visa.
Photocopy of Invitation Letter
Invitation letter received from the host country or organization being visited.
Certified Copies
- All photocopies must be stamped and signed by the person authorized to sign the application.
Processing Guidelines
- Only hard copies of the required documents will be accepted.
- Documents submitted by 3 PM will be processed on the same day.
